Zimbabwe joined the international community in celebrating World Radio Day on 13 February 2024 under the theme “Radio: A century of informing, entertaining and educating.” Zimbabwe has a three-tier radio system of national, commercial and community radio stations.

Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC)
The state broadcasting corporation runs six stations made up of four national and two provincial stations which operate in Bulawayo and Gweru respectively.
